What is Entertaiment?

Entertaiment is any activity or experience that provides amusement, recreation, distraction or pleasure. It can include activities such as watching movies and television, listening to music, participating in sports or recreational activities, playing games, reading books and poetry, visiting museums or art galleries, and creating visual arts. Entertaiment is a way to break the bonds of daily life, allowing individuals to enjoy experiences that they otherwise would not have the opportunity to have. It can also stimulate the brain to realease seratonin and dopamine.
